All Tribal Habits modules can tap into our Insights element. Insights are 'gems of knowledge' highlighting FAQs, advice, mistakes or scenarios through-out each module. Insights can be transferred into personal learning journals, used in interactions, ranked by our algorithms and more. Even better, you can activate 'Share an insight' in any section of any module to allow learners to contribute new insights.

As employees add new insights, your training modules evolve. You may use insights to capture ideas on responding to sales questions, handling tricky invoicing scenarios or tactics for engaging new employees. While your internal experts may create a training module, insights allow the content to capture expertise from experienced employees across the organisation.
