Tribal Habits is proudly Australian. It's one of the few Australian-based learning platforms and offers local support to all Australian organisations. We conduct regular review calls with clients, hold best practice webinars for Admins, release new features almost weekly and pride ourselves on the best support in the industry.
Live in-app support for Admins
All platform administrators have access to live chat support with our Australian support team. Within your portal, there is a chat feature available only to admins. You can type questions, received suggested help from our knowledge base and then chat with our support team (during Australian business hours).
Extensive knowledge base
We maintain both in-app training modules and an extensive online knowledge base. You can complete online modules - in your own Tribal Habits portal - to learn how to set-up, implement and manage online training. Our knowledge base is searchable from within the platform to help you find assistance with specific issues.
Advice on all aspects of training
We live and breath training. We create training ourselves in Tribal Habits every week, for both internal and external use. Our support team can advise on any aspect of training - how to conduct an initial pilot program, mapping out your training plans, conducting a training needs analysis, measuring training effectiveness and more.
