Set-and-forget due date management
All training in Tribal Habits can have optional due dates. Due dates can be fixed to a specific date (when training needs to be completed by a certain date regardless of the enrolment date) or can be set dynamically by enrolment date (for example, 14 days from your date of enrolment). Due dates can be updated for individual users or in bulk, allowing different due dates for different groups.
All training in Tribal Habits has a range of notifications. These email notifications include summary information about the training, any required due dates, estimated completion times and deep-link URLs to direct employees straight into the required training. Notifications triggers include enrolment and complete, as well as a range of reminders for both online and offline activities.
Flexible notification subscribers
Each notification type in each individual module and pathway can have different 'subscribers' - the employee, their manager, the module creators, the platform administrators and specified 'stakeholders'. This powerful function allows for extremely specific notification management. Managers can be tagged on overdue notifications to escalate completion issues. Individual experts can be tagged on the start or completion of specific offline activities. Module creators can be tagged on completion notifications.
