Many organisations don’t even know a platform like Tribal Habits exists — but once they do, it often changes how they train forever.
If you introduce us to a new organisation and they become a client, we’ll reward you, their organisation, and yours too.
Your friend’s organisation referral receives 1 month free on any paid plan (upfront discount on their first year subscription).
Your organisation receives a $300 credit for Tribal Habits. Use against any monthly invoice or your next annual renewal!
You receive a A$100 Gift Card to reward yourself with something fun! Or nominate a charity and we’ll donate A$100 to them!
Our platform is not focused on a single industry, but offers features which appeal across the market. It is therefore perhaps more useful to consider common themes across our customers which help identify organisations we can help the most.
We are 100% Australian owned and operated, so we love helping other Australian organisations and our neighbours in New Zealand!
Our platform really suits employee organisations – businesses (private or public), local Governments or not-for-profits (we have a NFP discount!).
We can help organisations with as few as 50 employees as well as those with 500+ or over (we have customers with 5,000 – 10,000 employees too!).
Our customers have someone to manage their training. It doesn’t need to be a training specialist – it’s often HR, operations or a business owner.
For companies like those above, we are typically referred to them to help solve one or more training challenges. You might hear your friend say things like:

Know a business that could benefit from using Tribal Habits?
To qualify for a referral reward, we need to attribute the referral to you before they contact us through another channel.
You can use the form here to register your referral — this is just a record for our system.
You’ll still need to speak with your contact and encourage them to get in touch. When we hear from them, we’ll know the lead came from you!
This is just a registration form for referral attribution. We won’t email anyone, add anyone to a marketing list or contact you or your referral about this registration unless you ask us to.
No. But we do need some way of attributing a new referral to you. If a new customer finds us another way before you have referred them, then we can’t attribute the referral to you. We need your referral to happen first to demonstrate it was the source of the introduction!
The referral form doesn’t contact anyone – it just registers that person as a referral from you. Then when we hear from that person, we know you were the source.
You could also email us about this, let our Support team know or have your friend write your name as a referrer on their demo booking form.
Your friend’s organisation will have their free month shown as a discount on their first invoice (so their first invoice will be 11/12ths of an annual charge).
The credit for your organisation will be set in our system once your friend’s organisation has paid their first invoice.
You will be sent your gift card once your friend’s organisation has paid their first invoice.
For your friend’s organisation, the reward is a discount on their first subscription invoice equal to one month of the annual prepayment component of their plan. So the actual amount will vary depending on the size of the annual payment on the plan. The discount applies only to the annual payment amount and not to any additional monthly active users (MAUs) above the plan amount in the first month of the plan. For Lite plans, the discount is against the annual Platform Fee. For Business plans, the discount is against the annual MAU Prepayment.
For your organisation, the credit is stored in our billing system (and you will be notified via email to confirm). The credit can only be used against a future subscription charge with Tribal Habits (it cannot be refunded or taken in cash). It will be automatically applied against your next subscription charge – either a monthly charge for additional MAUs or your next annual subscription payment. It will be utilised against multiple invoices, if required, until fully used.
Your reward can either be a A$100 gift card (we typically use an Amazon.com gift card) or an A$100 donation to a suggested charity (we reserve the right to confirm acceptance of the charity and will make the donation from Tribal Habits with an acknowledgement of your name). Your reward cannot be taken in cash or any other way.
If we have already been in contact with the referred organisation – they have already clicked through to visit our website via paid marketing channels, they have previously had a demo, or are already in discussions with our Solutions team – then these referral rewards may not apply (based entirely on our discretion).
