AI Basics in the Workplace Training Pathway

$108.90 inc. GST

This pathway will give your team a practical grounding in everyday AI use — not a technical or developer-focused training, but the skills that help staff get more out of these tools while avoiding common mistakes. It will cover prompting, using AI as a thinking partner, improving everyday communication, and working more efficiently with AI support.

Delivered as ten short courses, this pathway is currently in development and will be available soon.

This course will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

Why is the AI Basics Training Pathway Important?

AI tools are already in your workplace. Staff are using them to write emails, summarise documents, plan projects, and research answers — with wildly varying results, and almost no shared standard for how to do it well.

The gap isn’t access to the tools. It’s the basic literacy that turns a novelty into a genuine productivity gain. This pathway closes that gap — giving staff the prompting skills, practical habits, and critical judgment to get consistent, useful results from AI, every time they use it.

Who Should Complete This Course

  • Employees who handle customer, financial, or staff data as part of their role
  • Staff who work remotely or from home, at least part of the time
  • Anyone using email, social media, or AI tools as part of their job
  • Any organisation wanting a baseline of security awareness across its workforce
