With the 'Get started for free' option your organisation gains a branded online training portal from Tribal Habits. You have complete admin access to manage your users and track outcomes. We'll add in the three free training modules (all in your branding).

You can enrol up to 500 employees and managers and have totally free access for up to six months. If you want to start creating your own training, accessing compliance modules or utilising additional ready-made training, you can move to a new plan at any time.
The online modules can be grouped into learning pathways to suit different roles. We would recommend separate pathways for employees and managers. Modules in pathways can be made mandatory or optional too.
Each module is a complete online training experience, with interactions, images, quizzes, videos, examples and more. It’s presented in a modern interface, which works on any browser, on any device, without any downloads. Users can stop and return to modules at any time without losing any of their previous work.
The length of each module varies, but most are between 25 and 45 minutes. Each module consists of several smaller parts, typically 3-10 minutes in length. Timings are shown for each module and all it parts, allowing employess to complete modules in small sessons.
No. The modules are presented in your own Tribal Habits training portal, which can manage enrolments and reporting for you. Your Tribal Habits portal is branded to your organisation, private to your organisation and managed entirely by you. You can choose your own domain ( Tribal Habits is hosted in Australia with Amazon Web Services with strict Security Practices (we have many Government and Financial organisations as customers).
Less than 60 minutes. We will prepare your Tribal Habits portal for you, including all branding and the training modules. We’ll then hold a short virtual training session with your team to finalise your module settings and create any learning pathways. We’ll then work with you to select the easiest enrolment processes for your organisation. Contact us to discuss the implementation process further.
Yes. If your organisation uses single-sign-on, then you can integrate your Tribal Habits platform with it to improve security, avoid new passwords and activate some extra enrolment options. Contact us to discuss this process further (it’s free too!).
Yes. Each module can be made available via a SCORM 1.2 link to any modern learning management system if you would prefer to self-host. The modules will still be in your branding, but you will need to manage enrolments, pathways and reminders. Please contact us to discuss access and pricing for LMS platforms.
Yes. Each module, as well as any pathways, can have due dates. You can then activate a range of reminder email notifications, including escalation of reminders to managers. You can also enable enrolment and completion emails, once again to both employees and their managers.
A lot! You will be able to report on completion rates and dates and assessment results, as well as the answers and responses to every question in every topic. This can allow the organisation to gain valuable feedback from employees on issues they are struggling with or common problems they are facing.
Yes. While you cannot edit the provided modules, you can create your own short articles which can provide employees with your policies, highlight key information and ask them to confirm acceptance of your policies. These articles blend seamlessly with the training modules – the same branding, navigation and interface.
Yes. We have a discounted rate for Not-For-Profit or Charitable organisations. If you are a medium to large organisation with many employees, we can also offer discounts for large orders. Please contact us to discuss further.
