Working with AI is a five-part pathway that builds practical, durable judgement for using AI at work — starting with how generative AI actually behaves, and building up to spotting AI-enabled deception, governing AI use, managing a team that uses it, and using it well in performance reviews. Rather than teaching specific tools or prompts, it teaches habits of judgement that stay useful as the technology changes.
Every employee starts with Fluency Foundations, then moves into whichever topics match their role — Critical Thinking in the AI Era for anyone handling requests or communication, and AI Governance for Managers, Managing an AI-Enabled Team, and AI-Augmented Performance Reviews for people leading a team. Each topic finishes with an instant digital certificate on completion.
This course will take approximately 203 minutes to complete.
AI adoption inside most organisations has moved faster than the judgement needed to use it well — faster than formal policy, and often faster than leadership’s visibility into how it’s actually being used day to day.
The risks this creates aren’t hypothetical: AI output that sounds confident but isn’t reliable, deepfakes and cloned voices that exploit ordinary trust cues, delegation decisions made without a consistent standard, AI use that grows across a team with no one clearly accountable for it, and AI-drafted content shaping a pay or promotion decision without proper scrutiny.
This pathway builds a shared, organisation-wide baseline for judgement — how to verify AI output, how to spot AI-enabled deception, how to govern AI use, how to manage a team using it, and how to keep human judgement in the lead on decisions that affect someone’s employment — so these risks get caught early rather than discovered after the fact.
By completing this course, learners will be able to:
