Why is the Anti-Bullying and Anti-Harassment for Managers Course Important?

Bullying and harassment can cause serious psychological harm, lower productivity, and damage organisational culture. When managers fail to act, these behaviours can escalate — affecting morale, retention, and reputation.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (NZ) and the Human Rights Act 1993, organisations and leaders have a legal duty to ensure the physical and mental wellbeing of all workers. Managers play a key role in identifying early warning signs and responding appropriately to protect their teams.
