Why is the Anti-Bullying and Anti-Harassment for Employees Course Important?

Workplace bullying and harassment affect not only individuals but also team performance, turnover, and safety culture. Even a single incident can lead to claims under discrimination or safety laws, loss of trust, and reputational harm.

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and relevant Fair Work legislation, employers have a duty to eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks such as bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment. Training employees in how to identify and respond to these behaviours supports compliance and helps create a safer, more respectful workplace.

This course empowers workers to recognise early warning signs, respond appropriately, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
