Competition & Consumer Law Training Pathway (AUS Version)

$108.90 inc. GST

This pathway gives staff a complete grounding in Australian consumer law obligations — written for anyone who deals with customers, sells products, or represents the organisation externally. Rather than a quick awareness piece, it covers the core areas that come up most often in day-to-day operations, in a structured, sequenced format.

Delivered as four short courses, this pathway is built for Australian workplaces and offers a meaningful saving over purchasing each course individually.

This course will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

Why is the Competition & Consumer Law Training Pathway Important?

Most consumer law violations don’t happen because someone was dishonest. They happen because a staff member made a claim they couldn’t back up, handled a warranty complaint the wrong way, or said something in a sales conversation that crossed a line they didn’t know existed.

The consequences — complaints, disputes, and regulatory attention — fall on the organisation, not the individual. This pathway gives staff a clear understanding of their obligations in the situations where those lines are most likely to be crossed: customer interactions, sales conversations, product and warranty handling, and dealings with other businesses.
