Wellbeing Focus Pathway

$108.90 inc. GST

This pathway gives staff practical, evidence-based strategies for managing stress and pressure at work — not generic wellbeing platitudes, but skills they can actually use day to day. It covers what stress is, why it happens at work, and how to build resilience and focus under pressure.

Delivered as six short courses, this pathway is relevant across every industry and particularly valuable in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

This course will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete.

Why is the Wellbeing Focus Pathway Important?

Most organisations don’t find out a staff member is burned out until they’ve already stopped performing, taken extended leave, or resigned. By that point, the cost — in lost productivity, recruitment, and disruption to the team — is already on the table.

This pathway gives staff the tools to recognise and manage stress, burnout, overwhelm, and disengagement before they escalate. Not a one-off wellbeing workshop, not a poster in the break room — structured, practical training that builds the skills most workplaces assume their people already have.

  • Staff who work remotely or from home, at least part of the time
