This course introduces participants to the terminology and concepts relating to LGBTIQA+ communities, covering sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, and sexuality. It examines the real challenges LGBTIQA+ people face in Australian workplaces, presents relevant statistics, and provides practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments — with the aim of building a culture of equality for all.

This course will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
Why is the LGBTIQA+ Awareness Training Important?
